Want to Host Your Event at

  • The hosting fee is 20% of the tuition of the event or a flat rate of $250, whichever is more.

    *$125 deposit collected at time of booking

  • The booking process begins here! The next step is to complete an application with your event details and we will contact you to schedule a call.

  • The space rental includes folding chairs, 2 folding tables, plates, cups, mugs, silverware, serving spoons, bowls, filtered water, tea, nuts and chocolate and extra depending on your package.

  • The Loft hosts events aligned with fostering community, spiritual nourishment and educational empowerment. (eg. lectures, workshops, yoga, movement, circles, etc.)

  • Yes there is unlimited parking located in the street and cul-de-sac. Parking head in first is recommended in the cul-de-sac to provide more parking spaces versus parallel parking to the curb.

  • The entrance is located above the deattached garage at the end of the driveway facing the backyard.

    You must enter up the deck stairs to the left side of garage, this is only accessible by walking upstairs.

  • Yes every booking includes standard snacks which are nuts, chocolate, teas, fresh filtered water.

    There are also several Loft Amenity Upgrades (Signature, Premier and Platinum) available.

  • The Landenberg Store is 2 minutes away. Also Acme and local restaurants are within 5 minutes.

  • In the event of an emergency or weather closing, the entire fee will be applied toward a rescheduled date/time. The main contact listed on the request form will be notified by Landenberg Loft management. It is the responsibility of the renter to notify any event attendees.

    In the event that an organization or individual cancels a reservation, the organizer shall notify The Landenberg Loft, no less than 7 days in advance. The $125.00 deposit will not be returned for any cancellation made within 7 days of the event, unless otherwise noted.

    The applicant’s signature on the application indicates an agreement to comply with all Landenberg Loft policies, procedures, and guidelines.

  • Yes, passcode will be given upon signing of contract.

    The Landenberg Loft has Bluetooth speakers with SONOS Wireless Sound System.

    Client may connect to the sound system for background music. Wireless Internet is available for purposes of connecting to the sound system.

    Please note that the wireless network offered to clients renting the Venue is a residential WiFi network, and that no expectation of privacy may be expected.

    Conducting personal business while connected to the WiFi network offered at The Landenberg Loft is prohibited, unless otherwise required strictly to operate the event. All network use may be subject to review by The Landenberg Loft.
