Reinventing Myself
Some of you have been with me for a long time and some are new acquaintances, and I am grateful for all of you. I wanted to clear the slate and start fresh by sharing my journey over the past couple of years and tell you what I am up to now, as I have been on a roller coaster of death, rebirth, growth and change.
2018 was a year of travel and adventure. It included a Breathwork Kundalini retreat in Mexico, a Spiritual Pilgrimage to Glastonbury, an Adventure Yoga Retreat in Morocco and a weekend retreat at The Omega Center for a Qoya Dance experience.
2019 was a complete wipe out for me as I sunk into a critical healing crisis. My body was on overload, my adrenals were shot, and my hormones were completely out of whack. I entrusted in the care of a doctor that as it turned out lead me down the wrong path of hormone replacement therapy and I ended up with a toxic overload. By July, I was incapacitated and barely recognized myself. I finally broke free from her mistreatment and swore I would never give my power away again. Over the next few months, I began to heal within safe boundaries of qualified health care providers, and towards the end of 2019 I started to get my fire back and was ready to live my life again, after a full year that felt like a complete wash.
I can safely say that 2020 ushered in many unsettling questions and changes for all of humanity and for me reignited my passion to take a closer look at what was important in my life and deepen my self-exploration of health, spirituality, freedom, and personal growth.
Just prior to the lock downs, I created The Landenberg Loft, located on the top floor above a separate garage that my husband and I recently built on our property. After hosting my first Feng Shui workshop in February of 2020, I planned on offering all sorts of interesting workshops and weekend events and then the pandemic hit. I decided to take The Landenberg Loft to a virtual experience and created a private Facebook group page called The Landenberg Loft. Please feel free to join. The Loft is sacred retreat space and an outward expression of everything that I cherish. It is a place for spiritual nourishment, educational empowerment and to foster and build community. It is here that I share my offerings.
In Jan. of 2020 I started my 200 hr. Yoga Teacher Training and graduated in May. I created The Feng Shui of Yoga, a practice that unites mind, body and spirit with home. I finished up a year-long study course with The House Whisperer and furthered my studies in advanced Feng Shui, received a Breathwork Certification, started a year-long program with The Sophia Code Mystery School to become a facilitator of Sophia Circle Journeys ® a sacred text of awakening to your Divine Sovereignty, and became involved in a frequency wellness business called Healy, that empowered me take further control of my health and well-being. I laughed while writing down all of this, as it sounds a bit over the top! LOL! But if you know anything about Human Design, I am a Manifesting Generator and I am always up to creating and manifesting more (within reason)! It is only now that I am pulling all these modalities together.
While many of you knew me as an Interior Design and Feng Shui Expert, that just didn’t encompass all of who I was becoming, and I had to create a new way to describe my work and offerings. I now call myself a Sacred Lifestyle Designer where I help my clients forge a sacred union between themselves and their living spaces through The Sacred Space Union Method to help them embody their enlightened living path of abundance in health, relationships and prosperity. My tag line is Beauty Seer - Truth Seeker - Vision Keeper, which emcompasses all that I value, and empowerment is the common thread that ties it all together.
All the tools and gifts I offer my clients are used to empower them to live from a higher state of self awareness and consciousness. And these tools can be used in their physical home or body, or in their mental, emotional or spiritual home. Everything is connected. It is here that I pull from my Mary Poppins bag and share these offerings of empowerment tools to co create a new script together.
As I write this, I realize I am morphing once again and my title my change to a broader scope one that sounds more like Empowered High Frequency Living. We'll have to wait and see! 😊
